Additional Needs Transition
In any normal circumstances your child moving to secondary school is an exciting time, along with some worry and apprehension. But in COVID 19 circumstances, we understand that these feelings may be heightened for you and your child.
St Peter’s Catholic College is working hard to share information with parents and children regarding the transition from primary to St Peter’s. Our team is liaising with your child’s primary school to discuss your child’s needs and the support needed to ensure a seamless transition.
